Requirements
This web site is designed for high speed Internet connected computers and requires the following technologies to be viewed properly:

Standards and Javascript Compatible Web Browser
I recommend viewing this web site with Mozilla Firefox. It's free, fast and better than Internet Explorer. Not to mention it is compatible on almost every operating system out there - not just Windows. Apple OS X users can enjoy this site with Safari as well; even IE 5 for Mac - though some features are not visible. It was quite a stretch to make a standards based CSS site that works even in a 5+ year old browser. A testament to the fact that IE on the Mac was the best browser out at the time - even better than the one for Windows. Much like Office.. but...
Apple Quicktime
Apple Quicktime is a free download for Macintosh and Windows computers. It is the premiere media player used to deliver video content.
Flash Plugin
Delivering motion vector graphics for the web. It's the standard and it's free.
Calibrating Your Monitor
If you cannot see the entire range of grayscale and color blocks below, then you may need to adjust the color settings of your computer/monitor. There should not be any blending at the ends. There are evenly spaced bands all the way across. Each end should be pure black and pure white with each block visible in between. Images will not display properly otherwise.
Contrary to popular belief, your monitor settings are not "what I like." You cannot just set it to your taste and think it's right. It is not. These settings must be standard on all machines, otherwise you are not seeing images like the person who made them did. Uncalibrated monitors ruin websites, photographs and prints from your printer.
That said, only the very best monitors do a great job with color. At a minimum, you should be able to see all the grayscale blocks below. Further, the gray bars should not have any color cast to them, they should appear neutral. If you can see all the colors blocks as well, then your monitor is doing a pretty good job. If you cannot, you may need to calibrate your monitor. Apple users can go here for a tutorial by the Apple Pro team.
